DTNG has has a very active group of students involved with the recently-resurrected D.A.R.E. to Care program (Drackett Area Reach out Effort), where students have the opportunity to participate in charitable and community-service based experiences to better the campus, Columbus and World communities.
The Drackett/ Neilwood Community Council represents residents in both buildings.
There are six resident advisers in Drackett, one senior RA in Neilwood Gables, and one resident manager for the DTNG Complex.
