Walters is one of our residence halls for students primarily in their first two years. It was built in 1956. This building, located on the east side of campus, off of South Candler Street., houses approximately 147 students and is staffed with a Senior Resident Advisor, a Resident Director, six Resident Assistants and a Judicial Representative. The Office of Information Technology Services and a computer lab are located on the ground level. This building has bathroom facilities and a fully functioning kitchen on each floor. The windows are approximately 6X6 feet in size. Each student is provided with an extra long twin bed/mattress, dresser, chair, bookshelf and closet. It is recommended that students purchase extra long sheets. Some rooms include two desks, while others have a large desk for two.
