College Park West Virginia University in West Virginia Gender: coed Stories: 3 Website: http://housing.wvu.edu/residencehalls/collegepark.htm These apartments feature four bedrooms/four students per apartment and two bathrooms and are reserved for sophomores, juniors, seniors, and transfer students. Each apartment has a washer and dryer, kitchen with breakfast bar, and a furnished common living area. Bedrooms are furnished with double beds and a desk and chair, and are billed at the singe room rate. Students need to bring their own kitchen items (dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc.), bed linens, and pillows. Although these apartments have kitchens, students are still required to purchase a meal plan. As with all plans, meals can be eaten at any of WVU’s residence halls. Each apartment comes with one phone line per apartment and one Ethernet connection per student.
Students also have access to a fitness center, computer center, swimming pool, free parking, and a University-run shuttle service. The shuttle provides transportation to and from the ERC and two PRT stations. The Ridge also has enhanced security provided by WVU’s Department of Public Safety.
