The building has a nickname which is Hotel Clifton. This dorm is the best looking one out of all the dorms at DePaul. Mostly freshman live in this dorm, but some senior athletes live on the 6th floor. Each floor has 3 study rooms, two have a kitchen inside of it. The other room is in the middle of the floor while the other two are on each corner of the building. There is one laundry room on the 2nd floor, but they have plenty of washers and dryers.
